Как уже писалось ранее, о фильме было заявлено в Каннах. В кастинг войдут -- Джонатан Рис Майерс (роль отца), Лив Тайлер (роль матери), и 13-летний юный актёр Даниэл Хаттлстоун (роль сына).
Это история подростка, который приезжает в Лондон, чтобы отыскать свою мать, приславшую ему кассету с музыкой группы The Clash. Мама когда-то оставила их семью.
Сценарий к фильму написали Кирстен Шеридан и Соня Гильди, а так же Мэтью Браун. В качестве продюсеров выступят Алан Глазер, Мэтью Браун, и Стив, и Рене Нокс.

Cargo head of sales Mark Lindsay has launched sales in Cannes on the story of music-infused story of a teenage boy who goes to London to find his estranged mother after she sends him a cassette tape of The Clash’s White Riot.
Derrick Borte, whose credits include The Joneses, will direct and the producers are Sofia Sondervan and Christine Vachon.
Alan Glazer, Matthew Brown and Steve and Renee Knox serve as executive producers. Kirsten Sheridan and Sonya Gildea wrote the screenplay with a rewrite by Matthew Brown.
Production is scheduled to start this summer and delivery is expected in the second quarter of 2014.
“We are extremely excited to work with the talented Derrick Borte and the amazing cast to bring this incredible story to life,” said Sondervan. “It really illustrates how music and your first record can change your life forever.”
